Ingredients
  

  • 10-15 Sardines
  • 8 Long red chillies(Byadgi)
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Methi seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 Small ball sized tamarind
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 Onion Small
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt As required

Instructions
 

  • Grind the red chillies, cumin seeds, methi seeds, mustard seeds, tamarind, 1 small onion and turmeric powder to a paste.
  • Take 10-15 sardines, cut and clean and keep it aside in a vessel.
  • Put 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 in ginger(cut), 3 green chillies (Slit), 1 small onion(chopped) and fry a little. Add the masala and fry well.
  • Add one cup of water and make curry. Add the fish and bring it to a boil.
  • Sardine masala Curry is now ready to be served.
