MASALA PAPAD RECIPE

Masala Papad Recipe by Chef Cheryl Lobo
Ingredients
- 4 Masala Papad small
- 1 Onion medium size
- 1 Tomato medium size
- 1/2 - 3/4 tsp Lemon Juice
- A pinch of Salt
- Red chilli powder As per taste
- Chaat Masala As per taste
- Coriander leaves For garnish
Instructions
- Chop the onion and coriander leaves finely.
- Deseed the tomato and chop finely.
- Heat a tawa and roast the papad on both sides till slightly brown.
- In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
- Add in this mix over each roasted masala papad.
- Sprinkle some red chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
