Masala Papad Recipe by Chef Cheryl Lobo

Servings 4 small papads

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Masala Papad small
  • 1 Onion medium size
  • 1 Tomato medium size
  • 1/2 - 3/4 tsp Lemon Juice
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Red chilli powder As per taste
  • Chaat Masala As per taste
  • Coriander leaves For garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion and coriander leaves finely.
  • Deseed the tomato and chop finely.
  • Heat a tawa and roast the papad on both sides till slightly brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
  • Add in this mix over each roasted masala papad.
  • Sprinkle some red chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
