Red chilli powder

Chaat Masala

Coriander leaves

Instructions
Chop the onion and coriander leaves finely.
Deseed the tomato and chop finely.
Heat a tawa and roast the papad on both sides till slightly brown.
In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onion, tomato, lemon juice, salt and mix well.
Add in this mix over each roasted masala papad.
Sprinkle some red chilli powder and chaat masala on top.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
