The combination of Aloo and Bhindi is like a superpower couple. They complement each other very well. Aloo bhindi sabzi or aloo bhindi dry are some of the variations of the Aloo-bhindi. This recipe is extremely simple and delicious too. Here we have an Aloo Bhindi easy recipe for you to follow.
Aloo Bhindi Recipe
Ingredients
- 300 g Bhindi/Ladies finger
- 2 Potatoes (Medium sized)
- 1 Medium size onion
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tsp Oil
- Salt (As per taste)
Instructions
- Chop the ladies finger and potatoes into small pieces. Slice the onions.
- Heat one tsp oil, fry the chopped potatoes till they are crisp and well cooked. In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil and fry the ladies finger till they are slightly brown. Add salt as per taste.
- Now in another pan, heat 1 tsp oil, fry the sliced onion for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute. Now add the ladies finger and potato.
- Mix well. Sprinkle pepper powder, lime juice and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes and your dish is ready to be served.
