Aloo Bhindi Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Bhindi/Ladies finger
  • 2 Potatoes (Medium sized)
  • 1 Medium size onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 tsp Oil
  • Salt (As per taste)

Instructions
 

  • Chop the ladies finger and potatoes into small pieces. Slice the onions.
  • Heat one tsp oil, fry the chopped potatoes till they are crisp and well cooked. In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil and fry the ladies finger till they are slightly brown. Add salt as per taste.
  • Now in another pan, heat 1 tsp oil, fry the sliced onion for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute. Now add the ladies finger and potato.
  • Mix well. Sprinkle pepper powder, lime juice and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes and your dish is ready to be served.
