Chop the ladies finger and potatoes into small pieces. Slice the onions.
Heat one tsp oil, fry the chopped potatoes till they are crisp and well cooked. In the same pan, add 1 tsp oil and fry the ladies finger till they are slightly brown. Add salt as per taste.
Now in another pan, heat 1 tsp oil, fry the sliced onion for 2 minutes, add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute. Now add the ladies finger and potato.
Mix well. Sprinkle pepper powder, lime juice and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes and your dish is ready to be served.
