Spicy Sausage Masala


  1. Chicken Sausages – 6
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Tomato – 1
  4. Carrot – 1
  5. Corn kernels – ½ cup
  6. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  7. Garam Masala powder – ¼ tsp
  8. Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tbsp
  9. Sugar – 1/8 tsp
  10. Salt – ½ tsp
  11. Water – 1 cup
  12. Coriander leaves – for garnishing
  13. Oil – 2 tbsp


  1. Cut the chicken sausages into big pieces.
  2. Cut the onion and tomato. Peel and cut the carrot. Chop the coriander leaves finely. 
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Add in the onions and fry till translucent.
  4. Add in the ginger garlic paste and mix well. Fry for around 30 seconds.
  5. Add in the tomato and mix well. Fry for around 30 seconds.
  6. Add in the carrot, corn kernels and cut sausages and mix well. Fry for around a minute.
  7. Add in 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
  8. Add in the red chilli powder, garam masala powder, sugar and salt and mix well.
  9. Again add in another ½ cup of water. Mix well.
  10. When it starts boiling well, turn the flame to low and let in cook for around 10 minutes with the wok closed with a lid.
  11. Turn the flame to high and give it a good mix.
  12. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
