Pizza recipe with the perfect burst of spices and the cheese melting in your mouth and the crisp base which is the perfect solution to your hunger.
Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 no Pizza Base
- 100 gms Chicken breast
- ¼ - ½ tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Grated)
- 3 no Processed cheese cubes
- 3 tbsp Pizza Sauce (Preferably FunFoods Pasta and Pizza Sauce)
- 1/2 no Capsicum
- 1/2 no Onion
- 3 tbsp Corn kernels
Instructions
- Boil the chicken with sufficient water, salt, pepper and turmeric powder for around 15 -20 minutes on low flame.
- Once the chicken is cooked, let it cool. Once cooled, shred or cut the chicken into small pieces.
- Slice the onion and capsicum.
- Grate the mozzarella cheese and processed cheese cubes.
- Spread around 1 or 1 ½ tbsp of the pizza sauce over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese and grated cheese cubes.
- Add in the toppings of your choice.
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese and grated cheese cubes on top.
- Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes in a microwave oven.
