Pan fried mushroom

Ingredients:
  1. Mushroom – 10
  2. Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  4. Cumin powder – 1/8 tsp
  5. Salt – ½ tsp
  6. Juice of half a lime
  7. Oil – 2 tsp




Method:
  1. Wash the mushrooms well. Drain all the water, pat dry with a kitchen napkin and keep aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt and lime juice into a thick paste. Pan fried mushroom
  3. Coat each mushroom well with this paste and keep aside for at least half an hour. Pan fried mushroom
  4. Heat oil in a pan. When hot add in the mushroom and fry on all sides till cooked. Pan fried mushroom
  5. Serve hot. pan fried mushroom

Looks delicious. I also like that it’s simple to make. I’m going to try making it for my kids.
