Here’s a mouth-watering recipe of crispy gobi/cauliflower fry. It’s super simple so you can make it yourself very easily without anybody’s help and yes! It’s also scrumptious that you will gobble it all up in no time. Here are the ingredients of the crispy gobi fry recipe.


  1. Cauliflower – 1
  2. Rice Flour – 1 cup
  3. Vegetable powder – 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli powder – ½ tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Oil –For deep frying


  1. Cut the Cauliflower in small florets. 
  2. Wash and boil the cauliflower florets with salt and water till almost cooked. Drain the water.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, vegetable powder, chilli powder and salt and form a thick batter by adding required amount of water.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying.
  5. Dip each floret in the thick batter and slide into the hot oil.
  6. Fry on high flame till the cauliflower is cooked.
  7. Serve hot.
