Monaco Tuna Bites

  1. Monaco biscuits – 25
  2. Canned Tuna (Tuna flakes in oil) – 180 gms
  3. Onion – 1
  4. Red chilli flakes – ¾ to 1 tsp
  5. Oregano – ¼ tsp
  6. Tomato Ketchup
  7. Coriander leaves – for garnishing

  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Heat a non stick wok. Add in the canned tuna and cook mixing continuously.
  3. Add in the red chilli flakes and oregano and mix well till all the oil dries up.
  4. Add in the chopped onion and mix well. Keep aside.
  5. Evenly apply a coat of tomato ketchup on the Monaco biscuits.
  6. Top each biscuit with around ½ tsp of the tuna.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.monaco tuna bites
