They are moist, dark chocolaty, chewy-yet crunchy. They are everything a brownie should be. It’s a super easy recipe to make. So let’s dive into this chocolate fantasy by making the best dark chocolate brownie recipe without cocoa powder. Let’s see how to make a chocolate brownie, shall we?

1. Flour 45 gms
2. Sugar 45 gms
3. Butter 50 gms
4. Egg 2 nos
5. Dark chocolate 125 gms
6. Cashew nut 75 gms
7. Chocolate essence As required

  1. Toast the cashewnut in low heat.
  2. Sieve the flour with baking powder and mix it with cashewnut.
  3. Grate or chop the chocolate.
  4. Beat the egg well.
  5. Heat the butter and add the grated chocolate, sugar and beaten egg.
  6. Then add in the flour along with cashewnut.
  7. Pour the batter in a greased tray and spread it evenly.
  8. Garnish with some cashewnut.
  9. Bake it at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10.Serve it along with vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
