BEEF/MUTTON RIBS RECIPE

Beef Ribs Recipe by Pearl

Servings 5

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef ribs
  • 2 tbsp Everest Gharam masala
  • 2 tbsp Boston Stew Masala
  • 1 tbsp Pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
  • 4 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 2 Potatoes
  • Coriander leaves (Small bunch)
  • 15 Mint leaves
  • Salt (As required)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the ribs. Add little salt. Cook 1 whistle in the pressure cooker. Please note if the meat is tender, 1 whistle is enough, else cook it till it turns soft.
  • Separate the ribs and the soup.
  • Add gharam masala, stew powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and keep it for 5 minutes.
  • Shallow fry the above ribs to golden brown colour.
  • Cut onion into rings and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Cut tomatoes into rings and fry both sides as well.
  • Keep a vessel, put all the fried ribs, add the soup and bring it to a boil.
  • Add onion rings, fried tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add salt as required.
  • Close the lid and simmer the fire for 3 minutes.
  • If you want it spicy, you may add more masala powders as per your taste.
  • Cut the potatoes round in shape and fry them.
  • Garnish the dish with fried potatoes. Serve hot.
