Wash and clean the ribs. Add little salt. Cook 1 whistle in the pressure cooker. Please note if the meat is tender, 1 whistle is enough, else cook it till it turns soft.
Separate the ribs and the soup.
Add gharam masala, stew powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and keep it for 5 minutes.
Shallow fry the above ribs to golden brown colour.
Cut onion into rings and fry for 2 minutes.
Cut tomatoes into rings and fry both sides as well.
Keep a vessel, put all the fried ribs, add the soup and bring it to a boil.
Add onion rings, fried tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add salt as required.
Close the lid and simmer the fire for 3 minutes.
If you want it spicy, you may add more masala powders as per your taste.
Cut the potatoes round in shape and fry them.
Garnish the dish with fried potatoes. Serve hot.
