VANILLA CHIA PUDDING
Vanilla chia pudding is all you need to soothe your taste buds with the delicate touch of sweetness and chill. So here’s a recipe by The Mobile Nutritionist.
INGREDIENTS
Chia Seeds | 3 tbsp |
Milk | 1 cup |
Maple syrup | 1 tsp |
Vanilla Essence | 1 tsp |
METHOD:
- Add all ingredients to a glass jar, mix and place it in the fridge overnight to set.
- Serve in the morning topped with fresh berries and your favourite toppers which could be dry fruits, grapes or absolutely anything.
Enjoy this healthy and well as delicious pudding.
