PRAWN MASALA RECIPE

Prawn Masala Recipe by Rubina

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Prawns Peeled and Deveined
  • 1 bowl Shallots Peeled and sliced
  • 2 Tomatoes Medium sized, cut into diced
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper Crushed
  • Coriander leaves To garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, add oil. Once the oil gets heated, add shallots and tomatoes along with a pinch of salt.
  • Once the onions become translucent and the tomatoes mushy, after which add prawns, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt to taste and cook until the prawns cook and leave out oil.
  • Finally, add crushed pepper, toss and garnish with coriander leaves.
