CHICKEN HALDI PEPPER MASALA
Chicken Haldi Pepper Masala is not just delicious but also super healthy due to the meant for each other combination of turmeric and pepper. It tastes best with Chapatti or any type of roti or naan.
Chicken Haldi Pepper Masala
Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Chicken
- 2 Onions (Medium sized)
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1/4 Tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
- 1 Tbsp Pepper powder
- Coriander leaves (small bunch)
- 2 Cloves
- 1 Inch Cinnamin
- 1 Tomato (Medium sized)
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- Salt (As required)
Instructions
- Keep a vessel, put 2 tbsp ghee.
- Add sliced onions ,fry till golden brown,add the green chillies fry for a minute, add coriander leaves and fry well, add tomato, fry for 2 minutes
- Then add Ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
- Add cloves, cinnamon, chicken, turmeric and pepper powder, salt to taste, mix well and cook until done (Let it be little wettish dry dish)
- Serve hot with chapattis
