Chicken Haldi Pepper Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Kg Chicken
  • 2 Onions (Medium sized)
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1/4 Tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Pepper powder
  • Coriander leaves (small bunch)
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Inch Cinnamin
  • 1 Tomato (Medium sized)
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • Salt (As required)

Instructions
 

  • Keep a vessel, put 2 tbsp ghee.
  • Add sliced onions ,fry till golden brown,add the green chillies fry for a minute, add coriander leaves and fry well, add tomato, fry for 2 minutes
  • Then add Ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.
  • Add cloves, cinnamon, chicken, turmeric and pepper powder, salt to taste, mix well and cook until done (Let it be little wettish dry dish)
  • Serve hot with chapattis
