Black Pepper Prawns
Ingredients:
- Prawns – 10
- Soya sauce – 3 tbsp
- Honey – 1tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 5 tbsp
Method:
- Clean the prawns well.
- In a pan, heat the oil. Add in the prawns when the oil is hot enough. Fry until half cooked and the prawns leave out water.
- When the prawns are half cooked, add in the soya sauce, honey and pepper powder. Add salt if required.
- Mix continuously until prawns are fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
