Black Pepper Prawns

  1. Prawns – 10
  2. Soya sauce – 3 tbsp
  3. Honey – 1tbsp
  4. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  5. Salt – to taste
  6. Oil – 5 tbsp


  1. Clean the prawns well.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil. Add in the prawns when the oil is hot enough. Fry until half cooked and the prawns leave out water.
  3. When the prawns are half cooked, add in the soya sauce, honey and pepper powder. Add salt if required.
  4. Mix continuously until prawns are fully cooked.
  5. Serve hot.
