CHICKEN CHILLI FRY RECIPE
Delicious chilli flavoured chicken fry dish to add amazing flavour and make your boring dish simply finger-licking delicious.
Chicken Chilli Fry Recipe by Pearl
Ingredients
- 1 Kg Chicken
- 4 Onions (Medium sized)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 inch Ginger
- Small bunch Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Meetmirsang
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp Jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 Lime or 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Salt (As per taste)
Instructions
- Cut and keep the chicken. Apply meetmirsang and keep it aside.
- Keep a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee and add the chicken. Fry well till it is cooked well.
- Transfer this to a wok and add coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee, add green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Then, add sliced onions and fry till translucent.
- Add this to the chicken and switch on the gas, mix well and keep it for two minutes. Add salt to taste.
- Add lime/ vinegar as per taste. Add chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and switch off the gas.
- Serve hot as side dish or with chapatis, rotis or panpales.
