Instructions
Cut and keep the chicken. Apply meetmirsang and keep it aside.
Keep a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee and add the chicken. Fry well till it is cooked well.
Transfer this to a wok and add coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
Add 1 tbsp ghee, add green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Then, add sliced onions and fry till translucent.
Add this to the chicken and switch on the gas, mix well and keep it for two minutes. Add salt to taste.
Add lime/ vinegar as per taste. Add chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and switch off the gas.
Serve hot as side dish or with chapatis, rotis or panpales.
