Chicken Chilli Fry Recipe by Pearl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Kg Chicken
  • 4 Onions (Medium sized)
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • Small bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Meetmirsang
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Lime or 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • Salt (As per taste)

Instructions
 

  • Cut and keep the chicken. Apply meetmirsang and keep it aside.
  • Keep a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee and add the chicken. Fry well till it is cooked well.
  • Transfer this to a wok and add coriander powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder. Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Add 1 tbsp ghee, add green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute. Then, add sliced onions and fry till translucent.
  • Add this to the chicken and switch on the gas, mix well and keep it for two minutes. Add salt to taste.
  • Add lime/ vinegar as per taste. Add chopped coriander leaves. Close the lid and switch off the gas.
  • Serve hot as side dish or with chapatis, rotis or panpales.
