Pan Fried Pepper Chicken

  1. Chicken – 12 pieces ( Big size)
  2. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  4. Jeera powder – 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Vinegar – 2 tsp
  7. Ghee – 1-2 tbsp


  1. Clean the chicken and drain out all the water.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, pepper powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt, vinegar and keep aside for at least half an hour.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a nonstick pan. Fry the chicken pieces on all sides on medium flame covering the pan with a lid. Fry till the pieces are fully cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
