Pan Fried Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:
- Chicken – 12 pieces ( Big size)
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Jeera powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 2 tsp
- Ghee – 1-2 tbsp
Method:
- Clean the chicken and drain out all the water.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, pepper powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt, vinegar and keep aside for at least half an hour.
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a nonstick pan. Fry the chicken pieces on all sides on medium flame covering the pan with a lid. Fry till the pieces are fully cooked.
- Serve hot.
