INDIAN MASALA MACARONI

Indian Masala Macaroni
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Macaroni
- 1/2 + 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 Tomato
- 5 Button mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- Coriander leaves ( For garnishing)
Instructions
- Boil the macaroni with sufficient water and salt for 8 minutes.
- Chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, mushrooms and coriander leaves finely.
- Once it is boiled, drain the water, add some more water and drain again. Keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add in the onion and green chilli and fry till the onions get translucent.
- Add in the ginger garlic paste and mix well. Fry for around 20 seconds.
- Add in the tomato and mushroom and mix well. Fry till the mushroom get soft and begin to leave out water.
- Now add in the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add in the boiled macaroni and mix well. Cook for around 20 seconds.
- Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
