Boil the macaroni with sufficient water and salt for 8 minutes.
Chop the onion, tomato, green chilli, mushrooms and coriander leaves finely.
Once it is boiled, drain the water, add some more water and drain again. Keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Add in the onion and green chilli and fry till the onions get translucent.
Add in the ginger garlic paste and mix well. Fry for around 20 seconds.
Add in the tomato and mushroom and mix well. Fry till the mushroom get soft and begin to leave out water.
Now add in the salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well.
Add in the boiled macaroni and mix well. Cook for around 20 seconds.
Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
