  1. Chicken pieces – 12 medium size
  2. Chilli powder – 1 heaped tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Corn Flour – 3 heaped tbsp
  6. Vinegar – 2-3 tbsp (Vinegar must be diluted with water. It should not be very strong)
  7. Oil – for deep frying


  1. Clean and wash the chicken pieces. Drain water and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl mix the chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and corn flour. Add the vinegar to form a thick paste (Do not add water).
  3. Add in the chicken pieces and mix well.
  4. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Heat oil for deep frying.
  6. When the oil is hot, put in the chicken pieces one by one and fry on high flame till cooked.
  7. Take out of oil and serve hot.
