In a saucepan, add 2 cups water and let it boil well. Add soya sauce, ginger, garlic, spring onions, peppercorns and red chillies.
Add honey. When mixture boils well, add pork and spread evenly in the saucepan. Cover the lid and simmer the flame to low-medium and cook for about 40 minutes.
Saute in between till the pork is cooked. Finally, cook on a higher flame till the sauce thickens and the pork is roasted. Add salt to taste.
