Clean and wash the leaves.
Clean and cut the jackfruit seeds into small pieces.
Fry the chillies, coriander seeds, jeera, rice, methi seeds, urad dal on a slow fire. Add turmeric powder and tamarind. Let it cool down.
Transfer into the mixer/grinder and grind to a fine paste.
Keep a wok, put the leaves and 1/2 cup of water and cook the leaves on a slow fire. Add jackfruit seeds, masala and 1/2 cup ground masala water.
Cook till the seeds are tender. Add jaggery and salt to taste.
Add grated coconut.
Keep a pan and add coconut oil, add mustard seeds, then add garlic cloves and fry till golden brown.
Add sliced onion and fry till translucent. Add this seasoning to the thaikulo.
Serve as a vegetable.
