Cut the lemon into 8 pieces. Remove the seeds, add salt and keep for a day in a jar.
After a day, boil the limes till it is softened. Add cinnamon, check the salt requirement, if you need more, you can add a little. Switch off the gas
Add Aruna pickle powder and mix well. Let it cool.
Keep a vessel, add one cup of water, sugar and make the syrup. Give it a boil. Check the consistency, when it is sticky, switch off the gas.
Add this to the lime pickle and mix well. Let it cool.
Tip: Boil the lemon in medium slow fire, if required you can add 1/2 cup water sometime.
