Cut the meat into pieces. Cook soft with salt. Make sure to not throw the water/soup after cooking.
Keep a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee/oil, add the meat pieces and fry till golden brown. Transfer this into a wok.
Add pepper powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and soya sauce, mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of the water/soup from cooking the meat and cook for 3 minutes on a medium flame.
Keep a pan and add 1 tbsp ghee and sliced chillies, chopped ginger, garlic and fry for a minute on a medium flame. Add sliced onions and fry till translucent. Add chopped coriander leaves.
Add this to the meat and mix well.
Add salt and lime/vinegar as per taste.
Serve hot.
