In a vessel, pour 3 cups of water and add the mangoes. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, pepper powder and salt and boil it well for 15 minutes on a medium flame.
Stir in between. Add jaggery, boil it on a low flame for another 5 minutes and switch off the gas.
For seasoning, keep a pan on the fire, add 1 tsp coconut oil and add mustard seeds. Cut red long chilli. Add this along with few curry leaves to the pan.
Add this seasoning to the curry.
