For the masala:

Coconut oil

(as per taste)
Instructions
Grind the above ingredients into a fine paste.
Keep a wok, add 3 tbsp coconut oil, slice a small onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
Add the ground masala and fry well, add one cup masala water and salt to taste.
Give a good boil for 2 minutes, add the fish along with 3 tbsp coconut milk and once it boils, switch off the gas.
Serve hot with rice or panpales.
