In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, ,turmeric and cayenne pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken and stir tocoat. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for atleast 20 minutes(I marinated my chicken for two hours). If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes.
Grease the grill and set to medium high heat.
Skewer the chicken. You can even skewer some capsicum and onions too.
Grill chicken, turning often so each side browns and has light grill marks, until cooked through,for about 10-15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
