Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Puffed rice
  • 1 Onion (Medium size, finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Carrot (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (or as required)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Ingredients:
  • In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onion, grated carrot, coconut oil, lemon juice, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
  • Add in the puffed rice and mix well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
