Instructions
Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onion, grated carrot, coconut oil, lemon juice, red chilli powder and salt and mix well.
Add in the puffed rice and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve immediately.
