Street Style Maggi

  1. Maggi Noodles – 2 cubes + Taste Maker
  2. Onion – 1 big
  3. Carrot – 1 small
  4. Frozen green peas – ½ cup
  5. Egg – 2
  6. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder – ¼ tsp
  9. Coriander Powder – ¼ tsp
  10. Jeera Powder – ¼ tsp
  11. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp + 1/8 tsp
  12. Sugar – 1/8 tsp
  13. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  14. Oil – 2 tbsp
  15. Water – 3 cups

  1. Chop the onions finely.
  2. Peel the carrot and chop into small cubes.
  3.  In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add in ¼ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt and beat well.
  4. In a vessel, heat oil. When hot, add in the egg and keep mixing till it gets cooked and slightly brown.
  5. Take out of the vessel and keep aside.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder and sugar.
  7. In the same vessel, add 3 cups water. Once it starts boiling, add in the Maggi taste maker and also the powder mix.
  8. Add in the carrot, green peas and ¾ of the chopped onion.
  9. Add in the maggi noodles (Break each cube into 4 pieces) and mix well.
  10. Let it cook on low flame till the noodles are fully cooked and the carrots are soft.
  11. Add in the fried egg and mix well.
  12. Serve Hot. Garnish with the remaining chopped onion.
