Crispy Gobi/Cauliflower Fry

  1. Cauliflower – 1
  2. Rice Flour – 1 cup
  3. Vegetable powder – 1 tbsp
  4. Chilli powder – ½ tsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Oil –For deep frying


  1. Cut the Cauliflower in small florets. Soak in warm water with 1 tsp salt for ½ an hour.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the rice flour, vegetable powder, chilli powder and salt and form a thick paste by adding required amount of water.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying.
  4. Dip each floret in the thick paste and slide into the hot oil.
  5. Fry on high flame till the cauliflower is cooked.
  6. Serve hot.
